About Brick Alley Café

An old building on Essex Street East, in the middle of Temple Bar.

Brick Alley Café occupies the ground floor of a four-storey building on Essex Street East, built around 1800, in the middle of Temple Bar. Chalkboards stand either side of the door, with window boxes out front, and the room inside is small.

Breakfast is served all day, including a vegetarian Irish, alongside lunch, coffee, tea and a short drinks list that runs to beer. It's dine-in or takeaway; there's no delivery, and cards and contactless are both taken.
